The selected vendor will also need to demonstrate effective governance, risk management, and clear implementation arrangements to ensure successful delivery and operation of the system. Any quantities, locations, or device types mentioned in prior planning documents are considered non-binding and should not limit innovative conceptual designs or procurement strategies.
