Vendor needs to provide integrated system management platform (ISMP). Platform will facilitate a read only interface with TMS, providing a web based read only overview of train movements and up to date journey status. The ISMP will enable the integration, monitoring, and remote control of critical systems such as closed–circuit television (CCTV), help points, and lift passenger call. Ensure consistent and accurate delivery of real–time information to passengers and staff, while streamlining operational processes. High availability, cyber–secure design, audit trails, role–based access, and clear separation between safety–critical and facility systems. Predictive maintenance, fault detection and diagnostics (FDD), sustainability analytics, integration with AI agents, and support for multi–site operations. Real–time dashboards, and integration with station and security systems described. ISMP that facilitates centralised communication functions, monitoring, and remote control of station systems to both inform customers and improve their travel experience.
