The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is seeking industry feedback regarding capabilities to perform Integrated Security Management System (ISMS) maintenance, repair, and related services across five OPM locations. These services include ISMS maintenance, repair, licensing, and updates to ensure compliance with Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS) 201 and the Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) Roadmap. OPM aims to identify qualified sources able to support the continuous improvement and reliability of ISMS that serve personnel security, administrative security, and classified visit management programs.
Vendors with experience in maintaining Badging Workstations, Physical Access Control Systems (PACS), Closed–Circuit Video (CCV) systems, control panels, and workstations on a 24/7/365 basis are encouraged to respond. Preference is given to firms familiar with CCure and Victor client applications, and those holding relevant training certifications. Respondents are requested to submit a capability statement highlighting recent ISMS project experience (within the past three years), especially at federal facilities, and to provide company information and compliance with the specified NAICS code. This Request for Information (RFI) is for planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation.
