(1) Vendor needs to provide integrated public safety system and computer aided dispatch, mobile data system, records management system, jail management system.– Consider hybrid or on–premise solutions– Browser–based client with multi–task capabilities– System is scalable and can be expanded to include additional modules, functionality, interfaces, and additional participating entities– Modern solution built using industry standards and best practices– Capable of providing a fully integrated operational turnkey system that includes installation, training, testing, user & system documentation, acceptance testing support, and cutover support.– Data analytics and ad–hoc reporting designed to be used by end users– Includes system administration and user documentation– Available, high quality technical and end user support (call center)– All desktop and mobile client software must be compatible with the County’s current standard desktop operating system, Microsoft Windows 11 Enterprise.(2) A non–mandatory pre–proposal conference will be held on February 6, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than March 4, 2026.
