The requesting organization seeks a vendor to provide an integrated human resources and payroll platform encompassing a full suite of HR, payroll, talent, and workforce management solutions. The platform should support comprehensive payroll processing, including gross-to-net calculations, multiple pay groups and calendars, handling of garnishments, off-cycle, retro, void, and reissued payments. It must also enable management of three separate payroll accounts and facilitate full-service payroll operations—including employer-distributed paper checks and flexible direct deposit options across multiple accounts.
The solution should offer advanced tax services, such as multi-jurisdiction setup and automated filings. Time and attendance functionality must include mobile punch-in, geofencing, hardware imports, scheduling, cost center and job allocations, as well as support for staff working multiple roles with variable pay rates. For talent acquisition, the platform must feature an applicant tracking system (ATS) with job postings, candidate management, interview scheduling, screening integrations, and analytics. It should further support recruitment marketing by allowing distribution of job ads to major boards, source tracking, and campaign management.
Additional requirements include centralized HR information system with custom workflows, compensation management, HR data reporting, mobile and self-service tools for employees and managers, and robust implementation and support—including migration, testing, training, and go-live preparation.
