An organization in Ireland is seeking a comprehensive, integrated software solution to enhance both patient and employee experience. The software must be compatible across multiple devices, including mobile phones, tablets, desktops, and laptops. Key requirements include multi-lingual support, GDPR and data protection compliance, and ISO 27001 certification.
The solution should seamlessly integrate with existing on-premises Windows and SQL servers, as well as hospital systems such as PAS, EPR, SAP, and Microsoft 365. It should facilitate the distribution of surveys via SMS, email, URLs, and QR codes, and enable integration with hospital mapping functions like ward, service, consultant, and diagnosis. Additional functionality includes support for PREMS and PROMS, a Magnet Recognition Program-approved database, and the ability to close survey links upon completion.
Advanced reporting tools are required, featuring real-time dashboards, sentiment analysis, and benchmarking. The software must also allow for the creation of customized surveys with agency branding and images. The contract period for the selected solution will be three years.
