(1) Vendor needs to provide integrated patient and employee experience software. • Minimum Requirements – Solution must be multi-device compatible (mobile, tablet, desktop, laptop). – Solution must be Multi-Lingual – Solution must compliant with GDPR and Data Protection Methods. – Solution must provide the ability for SJH to use our on-premises Windows and SQL servers with Software Assurance at no extra cost – Solution must be able to issues survey links such as SMS, Email, URL and QR Code – Solution must have a solution that integrates with the SJH infrastructure and systems such as PAS, EPR, SAP, Microsoft 365 (both cloud and desktop) – Solution must be ISO 270001 certified – Solutions must Have the ability to generate PREMS & PROMS – Solution must include a database that is approved by the Magnet Recognition Program – Solution must integrate with hospital mapping (ward, service, consultant, diagnosis). – Solution must have a closed survey link once survey has been completed and submitted – Solution must have reporting tools available, such as real-time dashboards, sentiment analysis, and benchmarking – Solution must include the feature of customised surveys and allow adding of agency branding and images (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 2, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
