A Massachusetts government agency is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver a cloud-based migration and ongoing support for an Integrated Management and Communications (IMC) solution. The project aims to enhance data ownership, security, performance, and operational continuity by migrating the existing, internally managed application to a modern cloud infrastructure.

The selected vendor will assess the current infrastructure, data, and application architecture to identify the most suitable cloud service provider, including consideration of new vendors as needed. Responsibilities include creating a comprehensive migration plan—detailing timelines, risk mitigation strategies, and rollback procedures—and implementing a robust, cloud-hosted IMC solution with built-in redundancy, monitoring, and failover capabilities.

Additional requirements include optimizing the application to enable faster updates and data processing, supplying 60 Cloud Private Users licenses for month-to-month service, and ensuring uninterrupted 24x7 production availability for all officer-facing services. All vendor questions related to this project must be submitted by February 18, 2026.
