The vendor will provide a modern, centrally managed, cloud-hosted integrated library system supporting discovery, acquisitions, cataloging, circulation, resource sharing, electronic resource management, digital collection services, and comprehensive library operations. The solution must support distributed workflows across library units while maintaining consistent policies and standards, centralized administrative control, analytics for decision-making, and secure, scalable system access.

The system must interoperate with campus enterprise systems, external content sources, and third-party platforms. Required integrations include Banner, single sign-on, Canvas LMS, institutional repositories such as DigitalCommons, ArchivesSpace, and CONTENTdm, and Springshare platforms including LibGuides, LibCal, and LibConnect. Vendors must describe the solution architecture, record structure, cloud applications, hosting arrangements, release deployment processes, and integration capabilities.
