The selected vendor will provide an integrated library system with advanced features including a robust analytics and reporting module. The system must offer a comprehensive data dictionary for all available fields and should seamlessly integrate with external statistical tools for enhanced data analysis.
Key requirements include customizable reporting and query tools that allow users to create, save, and share reports both internally and externally. The system should also feature customizable anonymization of patron data, retaining grouping for statistical purposes, and support for a variety of authentication applications such as OpenAthens, Shibboleth, SAML/Azure, EZProxy, and campus single sign-on. Support for digital archives and archives management tools (e.g., ArchivesSpace, Aeon) and integration of mapping tools like StackMap are also needed.
A pre-bid conference is scheduled for April 30, 2026. All questions must be submitted by May 4, 2026. The expected contract period is one year.
