A large public education organization in British Columbia is seeking a vendor to provide an integrated employee health, safety, and disability management solution. The goal is to implement a next-generation system purpose-built for complex educational environments and designed to fully integrate with a Tier-1 ERP Human Capital Management (HCM) platform.
The required solution should facilitate seamless data flow between health and safety operations, core HCM functions, and the district's absence and recruitment systems. This integration will enable consistent reporting, comprehensive case and incident tracking, and ensure alignment with HR, payroll, and operations data. Additional expectations include support for browser compatibility and responsiveness across both desktop and mobile platforms, as well as the ability to utilize employee and organizational structure data from the ERP/HRIS to maintain data integrity.
The system should also support integration or linking to a third-party Learning Management System (LMS) to enable course registration as a corrective action. Furthermore, it must allow for data import and export of key operational fields, including those relevant to emergency management. The initial contract period for this engagement will be three years.
