Seeking a vendor to provide an integrated employee health, safety, and disability management solution for a large public education organization in British Columbia.
(1) Vendor needs to provide integrated employee health and safety and disability management solution.– Provide a next–generation employee health and safety and disability management solution, purpose–built for a large, complex Public Education organization and fully integrated with a Tier–1 ERP Human Capital Management platform.– Solution must ensure seamless data flow between H&S operations, District’s core HCM and district absence and recruitment systems, enabling consistent reporting, case/incident tracking, and alignment with HR, payroll, and operations data.– Ensure browser compatibility and responsiveness across desktop and mobile platforms.– Leverage employee and organizational structure data from the ERP/HRIS platform to ensure consistency and data integrity across systems.– Support the integration and/or linking to a third–party Learning Management System (LMS) for course registration as a corrective action– Support data import and export of operational fields, including those used for emergency management..(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 3, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
