(1) Vendor needs to provide Integrated Destination Marketing, Branding and Economic Positioning Strategy Service.– Agency is seeking to develop a forward–looking community identity through a Destination Marketing, Branding and Economic Positioning Strategy– Project ObjectivesBackground Review & Situational Analysis– Review of existing plans, the 2040 Spruce the Bruce toolkit, And recent studies– Assessment of current market conidiations, trends, and competitive destinations– Summary of implications resulting from the formal identification of Saugeen BeachStakeholder & Community Engagement Summary– Engagement plan and facilitation of town halls, Workshops, interviews, and/or surveys– Inclusive engagement with residents including seasonal residents, businesses, Indigenous partners, and key stakeholders– What was heard report highlighting shared values, opportunities, and concerns Destination Positioning Framework– Clear destination positioning statement– Unique value proposition and key differentiators– Target audiences and priority markets– The work will involve robust research, extensive stakeholder engagement, in–depthanalysis, and clear branding recommendatory the reflect the community’s evolvingcontext following the Saugeen Beach jurisdictional charge.Project Work Plan– Detailed methodology, timeline, and engagement approach– Background Review & Situational Analysis– Review of existing plans, market and tourism trends, and competitive destinations(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 9, 2026(3) The contract period will be for one year.
