(1) Vendor needs to provide integrated communications digital adoption service– Integrated communications is an effective management tool that involves focused planning, strategizing, and messaging to coordinate messages across all communications channels to achieve desired organizational goals– This Performance Work Statement (PWS) entails integrated communications facilitation, planning, development, and dissemination at all levels of operations, from the tactical technical project–team to strategic leadership of the Agency– Includes facilitation and development of specialized communications focused on synchronizing efforts within groups of highly technical individuals, developing communication to assist the rollout of new technologies to non–technical users, and technical stakeholder and leadership engagement to drive change, technical or otherwise, through the Agency.• Tasks and Requirements– The contractor shall leverage and apply, where applicable, lessons learned and successful communications strategies from other initiatives– The contractor shall facilitate engagements with leadership, customer representatives, and other designated parties to define goals, objectives, and desired outcomes– The contractor shall produce multi–media methods of graphical representation to articulate clear, concise, and customer–relevant communications products– The contractor shall collaborate, as directed, with subject matter experts (SME) across domains (combat support, cybersecurity, cloud, data, etc.)– The contractor shall design and produce visual aids (infographics, explainer videos, interactive dashboards, slide decks, etc.) that explain IT systems, services, and initiatives into engaging, mission–focused narratives.
