Vendor needs to provide integrated campaign capacity, feasibility, and strategy assessment services including: analysis of donor data quality, giving trends, pipeline strength, stewardship practices, and development staffing capabilities; evaluation of readiness across key leadership bodies and functions (Board, Executive Leadership Team, G–REM Division, Integrated Marketing, Analytics & Development Operations, and campaign–supporting units); assessment of communications and brand readiness for campaign–level storytelling and visibility; review of cross–functional alignment with Finance, Programs, and agency leadership; identification of organizational constraints, structural risks, and operational dependencies arising from recent staffing reductions and restructuring. The project also includes a comprehensive campaign strategy and staffing plan detailing required staff hires, volunteer leadership structure, and communications efforts to launch the campaign, as well as refinement of the Case Statement based on stakeholder feedback. Questions must be submitted no later than February 10, 2026.
