(1) Vendor needs to provide integrated broadcast service. The integrated broadcast service (IBS) fulfills warfighter requirements for near–real–time (NRT) battlespace awareness by providing target tracking and data, which are continually refined by strategic, operational, and tactical sensors to support threat avoidance, force protection, and target/situational awareness.
