Insurance Broker Services

The government authority located in Alamogordo, New Mexico, seeks insurance broker services to evaluate and support its existing insurance program. The selected broker will conduct an annual review of the program and recommend changes to terms, conditions, or coverage limits to ensure appropriate coverage at the best available cost. The broker will also identify relevant market and exposure trends that could affect the authority.

The broker will compile the submission package using information provided by the authority, market the insurance program, and provide a complete analysis of market results with recommendations. The selected provider must ensure that approved coverages are bound promptly and deliver binders within 24 hours of coverage being bound.

Additional responsibilities include reviewing policies upon receipt for accuracy, providing electronic copies of policies within 90 days of the renewal date, and supplying invoices with requested backup or breakdown information. Questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026.
