The government authority located in Asheville, North Carolina is seeking a qualified vendor to provide insurance broker of record services. Responsibilities include developing insurance requirements for contracts related to design, construction, and software as a service, as well as offering guidance in the review of insurance policies, contracts, leases, and bonds.
The selected broker will be expected to analyze potential loss exposure, assess the adequacy of current coverage, and recommend new coverage options not currently in place. Additional duties include offering insights on property insurance value and trends, providing day-to-day support on insurance matters, and managing all aspects of insurance broker services.
