Interested parties are invited to share innovative concepts that could contribute to reducing the lifecycle costs of DFSPs and maximizing the utility of Navy-owned properties. The information collected will be used for planning and assessment purposes and does not constitute a request for proposals or a commitment to future contracting.

• Companies with expertise in public-private partnerships on federal or military projects

• Organizations knowledgeable in logistics, property utilization, or facility modernization

• Demonstrated past performance in lowering lifecycle asset costs
