(1) Vendor needs to provide innovation visualization consultant service. • Create a narrative able to be visualized digitally. • Develop advocacy, visibility and promotional material that are necessary for the project. • Produce social media inputs, news and infographics during the event. • Identify trends in data visualization in cities. • Produce knowledge products able to help cities in developing countries take maximum benefit from existing platforms and digital tools. • Gathering of data on beneficiaries to inform the project impact metrics reports. • Elaborate compiling data visualizations about how local governments are implementing Agenda 2030. • Data storytelling and communications: skilled in building a narrative around a set of data and its accompanying visualizations to help convey the meaning of that data in a powerful and compelling fashion. • Collection and analysis of evidence: ability to extract, analyze and visualize data (including Real–Time Data) to form meaningful insights and aid effective decision making. • Social media: knowledge of social media, video editing and ability to advise on the use of social media for development outcomes. • Digital awareness and literacy: ability and inclination to rapidly adopt new technologies, either through skillfully grasping their usage or through understanding their impact and empowering others to use them as needed.
