Additionally, inmates should have the ability to pay for calls directly from their personal debit or trust accounts.

A comprehensive PIN assignment and management system is required to securely identify callers and to allow authorized personnel to modify or suspend calling privileges. The call processing and blocking controller must operate externally from the telephone units.
