(1) Vendor needs to provide initiative support service. • Agency seeks vendor to project coordination and community engagement support. • Develop and distribute meeting agendas. • Maintain the website and social media pages with minor text updates and new event postings (about 2 hours per month). • Monitor and manage the central comment form/email inbox for inquiries and coordinate responses with the appropriate entity. • Work with the committee and site owners to discuss potential signage at marker locations, including design concepts and installation processes, to increase awareness of the initiative. • Attend neighborhood meetings and community events, serving as a WaterMarks spokesperson by presenting information and sharing materials as requested. • Create webpages for the two new WaterMarkers, including simple written content and photos co–created with MMSD. • Document neighborhood engagement through photos and videos. • Develop a Signage Planning Summary that outlines potential signage concepts, placement, installation considerations, and next steps to increase awareness of the initiative. • Monthly website updates. • Up to two new webpages per year. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 12, 2026. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on Feb 23, 2026.
