Vendors are sought to provide comprehensive infrastructure upgrade services at multiple existing buildings on a Pennsylvania campus. The objective is to prepare facilities for the implementation of the new Electronic Health Records Modernization (EHRM) system.

The project includes construction activities to modify current infrastructure, with a campus-wide installation of a new fiber backbone. Work will require underground routing via excavation and trenching, as well as the creation of reinforced concrete duct banks and associated access points. These modifications are essential to ensure robust and modern data connectivity supporting the EHRM platform.
