This audit will play a key role in the viability review process by delivering comprehensive information regarding the current condition and capacity of the municipality’s infrastructure and major assets, an assessment of associated risks, analysis of available options, a prioritized list of recommended actions with corresponding costs, and guidance to support the development of a ten-year infrastructure plan.
The scope of work specifically excludes the following components: fleet assets, the curling rink, any property and assets owned or operated by other municipal entities, and any condition assessments or investigations that were recently completed and will be provided to the contractor.
