The government authority in Washington, DC is seeking a vendor to provide infrastructure and security services. The scope includes supplying software licenses to enhance, maintain, and support the access system environment. Required licenses consist of the Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (standard subscription), which will enable centralized infrastructure automation such as baselining, deployment, configuration management, access control, and resource auditing. This solution must incorporate automation control, role-based access management, job scheduling, inventory tracking, notification integration, and secure logging of all automation activities.

Additionally, the vendor must provide Opsgenie by Atlassian for incident management, facilitating alerting, notification, escalation, and integration with monitoring tools and custom applications. On-call scheduling and multi-channel notifications are also required. Qualys Public Sector File Integrity Monitoring (FIM) licenses are needed to monitor critical system files and configurations, supporting compliance, real-time alerts, and centralized reporting. The vendor will also deliver zAgileConnect to enable bidirectional integration between Salesforce and JIRA Cloud for the Operations and Maintenance Salesforce team, correlating production issues with development activities.
