DESCRIPTION

A government authority in Horry, South Carolina seeks a vendor to provide facility and parking lot pavement improvements and upgrades at the Infrastructure and Regulation Complex located at 4401 Privetts Road. The paving services will include work in three specified areas:

Area 5 encompasses roughly 3,050 square yards requiring a 2-inch lift of HMA (Hot Mix Asphalt) Intermediate Type C and a 2-inch lift of HMA Surface Type B. Area 6 covers approximately 4,200 square yards with similar paving specifications as Area 5. Area 7 is approximately 810 square yards, requiring a 1–2 inch variable mill of the entire surface area, followed by a 2-inch lift of HMA Surface Type C or B, and the striping of parking spaces for about 26 stalls, excluding a handicap-accessible space.

The contract will be for a period of one year. All questions related to the proposal must be submitted by June 11, 2026.
