The government authority in Alexandria, Virginia is seeking information and input from industry to assist in refining requirements for enterprise-wide Information Technology Support Services (ITSS). This Request for Information (RFI) aims to identify effective technical approaches and IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks, such as ITIL and COBIT, that are best suited for managing complex enterprise service delivery models.
