(1) Vendor needs to provide information technology strategic infrastructure roadmap development service. The roadmap will assist the Information Technology department in forecasting budgetary needs and ensuring hardware remains supported and up to date. Proponent who can evaluate current infrastructure, forecast future needs and review relevant agency documentation to develop a ten-year asset management plan for its data centre. Consultant’s Services include project management on behalf of the Consultant Team, providing directions for data collection, assessment and data interpretation, undertaking research and preparing materials and reports for staff review and input by Senior Leadership. The Infrastructure Road Map document must contain: Executive Summary, Document Purpose, Current Asset State, Future Asset State, Asset Lifecycle Management Plan, Asset Risk Management Plan, Financial Summary and Forecast for Future Asset State, Asset Management and Replacement Plan. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 27, 2025.
