An organization based in Maryland is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive information technology services and website support using the WordPress content management system. The selected provider will be responsible for delivering a range of IT services, including helpdesk support, cybersecurity protection, ongoing website updates, and monitoring website URL contracts for its global operations.

Key responsibilities will include domain and hosting management, ensuring website security and maintenance, supporting website development, and maintaining ADA/WCAG accessibility compliance. The vendor will also provide managed IT support covering network, endpoint, and cloud security, with solutions that include endpoint protection for MacOS, Windows, and Linux systems. Security enhancements such as multifactor authentication (MFA) for Microsoft 365—including Copilot—for non-profit organizations, web filtering to block malicious or high-risk websites, and the automated deployment of critical security policies and tools will be required.

Additional duties encompass data protection, backup and disaster recovery, as well as Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) and/or Extended Detection and Response (XDR) capabilities. The provider should also monitor cloud security for Microsoft 365 and other cloud services in use by the organization. The contract term is set for three years, and all vendor questions must be submitted by March 2, 2026.
