Product shall allow for automatic tracking of warranty period, contract information, expiring hardware assets, and lifecycle management information. Product shall allow for automated configuration management of agency virtual environments, shared environments, hardware status, and projected hardware updates. Product shall support automation of agency HAM/SAM audit processes and procedures. Product shall allow for configuring of HAM/SAM to meet agency governance policies and procedures for accountable property. Product shall directly integrate into the existing agency ServiceNow CMDB. Product shall easily integrate into industry and agency discovery sources. Product shall allow filtering/mapping of discovery source data based on user identified requirements. Product shall provide agency with functionality to automatically manage and report software installations and removals.
