The successful proponent will be responsible for offering ongoing access to research, diagnostics, benchmarking, and expert advisory services that support decision-making across infrastructure, enterprise and business systems, data analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), geographic information systems (GIS), digital platforms, service delivery, and more.

Key responsibilities include delivering diagnostics, benchmarking, and assessments in areas such as IT governance, enterprise architecture, project and portfolio management, technology asset management, and platform maturity. The advisor will also support enterprise architecture and portfolio advisory, including governance model development, capability planning, and technology portfolio analysis. Additional focus areas are data, AI, and GIS advisory, including analytics governance, AI enablement, and GIS integration with data platforms. The contract also covers service delivery, process management, and digital platform advisory, emphasizing IT service management, customer experience, AI utilization, and the implementation of shared digital platforms. The contract term is one year.
