The State of New York is seeking a vendor to provide an annual subscription for Informatica Gold Resident Architect Consulting Services. The scope of this subscription includes access to a comprehensive suite of Informatica consulting offerings, designed to support organizations in achieving value attainment, aligning with industry best practices, and advancing business transformation initiatives.

Key services under this subscription comprise change management guidance, program and process design, maturity assessment and acceleration, and solution architecture. The vendor will also deliver technical implementation guidance, assist with solution design, provide reference architectures, and oversee both non-production and production deployments of Informatica solutions. Additional responsibilities include platform assessment, capacity planning, operationalization of Informatica solutions, and user enablement.

Quarterly engagement reviews with organizational stakeholders are included to ensure alignment and continuous improvement. The contract duration for these services will be one year.
