Industry Day Webinar Solution

The agency seeks a technical support provider to enhance the quality, security, accessibility, and bilingual delivery of future webinars. The solution must support official languages requirements, robust registration and security features, and a professional experience for a minimum of 4,000 participants. The contract period will be one year.

The provider must deliver a controlled-access, web-based registration portal capable of collecting, validating, and managing registrations. Attendees must be able to select English or French when interacting with the portal, while backend analytics must capture registration totals, attendee names, email addresses, and organizations. Automated registration confirmation emails must be available in both official languages.

The webinar platform must support at least 4,000 concurrent participants, provide a bilingual interface, and deliver dual-channel livestreaming with simultaneous English and French interpretation. It must include a speaker green room, bilingual technical support before and during events and for up to 60 minutes afterward, customizable layouts with split-screen speaker and presentation displays, and speaker title cards. The provider must also create event graphics and promotional materials, including title cards, visual transitions, presentation slides based on supplied content, and graphics for social media promotion.
