Additional core components include a servo-driven workpiece positioner with a minimum 250kg load capacity, integrated safety fencing with interlocks, and a welding package supporting advanced processes such as pulse welding.

Included in the solution must be offline programming software with at least 50 multi-user licenses to facilitate collaboration and training opportunities. Vendors should provide training credits for both operator and programmer education, as well as comprehensive documentation. The software should enable users to create, visualize, and test robotic welding programs in a virtual environment, featuring path optimization and other advanced functionalities. Preference will be given to software with a large user base and an active online community. An automated torch calibration device for accurate Tool Center Point (TCP) and torch angle definition is also required.

All inquiries regarding specifications or requirements must be submitted by January 26, 2026.
