Vendor needs to provide Indo pacific partnership land mobile radio system including the Army’s Base Emergency Communications System (BECS) Enterprise and it must support interoperability, cybersecurity compliance, lifecycle sustainment, and integration with other BECS components, including Computer–Aided Dispatch (CAD), Enterprise Mass Warning and Notification (EMWN), Next Generation 911 (NG–911), and the First Responder Broadband Network (FRBN). The solution must also integrate with the Consolidated Emergency Response System (CERS).
