Missouri is seeking a web-based software solution to manage Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and Section 504 evaluation processes for school districts. The required system must be secure, compatible with current district infrastructure, and integrate seamlessly with existing student information systems.
Key features include modules for referrals, evaluations, eligibility determinations, plan development, progress monitoring, and annual reviews for both IEP and Section 504 plans. The software should facilitate evaluation, documentation, tracking, reporting, and monitoring to ensure compliance with IDEA and Section 504 regulations. Additional requirements include compliance dashboards, robust reporting and data export capabilities, tools to track the implementation of accommodations and plan reviews, and functionalities allowing conversion between IEP and 504 plans with full historical data retention. The system must also offer translation features for all Section 504 documentation.
Providers must ensure helpdesk and technical support during normal business hours with clear escalation procedures. The contract period will be for five years.
