The government authority in Grand Rapids, Michigan seeks a qualified vendor to provide independent third-party payroll audit and accuracy evaluation services. The scope of services includes conducting a comprehensive payroll compliance audit and an evaluation of payroll accuracy for all employees.
The audit must cover wages (including overtime, acting assignment, and shift pay), analysis of absence balances across all banks, deductions, taxation, and W2s for the 2025 calendar year. The evaluation should provide breakdowns by individual and bargaining unit. Vendors should be aware that each payroll cycle ends on Saturday, with employees paid 10 days later unless impacted by holidays, and payroll auditing begins on Wednesday.
The contract period is for one year. All inquiries related to the RFP must be submitted by June 12, 2026.
