SUMMARY

Indiana seeks an independent laboratory to test and audit electronic gaming equipment and technologies, including penetration testing and on-site audits.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must be an Authorized Independent Gaming Laboratory
Must have experience providing Certification Testing services for at least two gaming regulatory agencies in jurisdictions with commercial casinos since January 1st, 2007
Must maintain United States laboratories with current ISO 17020 and 17025 certification
Must be registered to do business by the Indiana Secretary of State
Must be willing to submit to a full investigation of the Respondent and any key persons or substantial owners
Must maintain a comprehensive database of items and technologies subject to Certification Testing
Must provide technical responses within 12 hours after call receipt
Must employ personnel in the disciplines of mathematics, engineering, systems and communication protocol, compliance and quality assurance, and field inspections

DESCRIPTION

The government authority located in Indiana is seeking a vendor to provide independent gaming laboratory services to support the evaluation and assurance of electronic gaming-related equipment, technology, and devices. The selected vendor will be responsible for comprehensive testing of systems such as electronic gaming devices, electronic pull tabs, electronic raffles, and sports wagering platforms.
