A government authority in Lufkin, Texas is seeking a vendor to provide independent auditing services for a one-year period, beginning October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2026. The selected firm will be responsible for conducting audits of federal and state grants, as well as all other programs, in compliance with the Single Audit Act and any relevant amendments.
Additionally, the scope of work includes preparing IRS Form 990, "Return of Organization Exempt from Income Tax," following current IRS requirements. The firm must also be able to file any necessary extensions related to the IRS Form 990. Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by June 10, 2026.
