Vendor needs to provide Independence Day fireworks show service. Provide Independence Day fireworks show 2026 for agency. Provide a state-of-the-art, safe, and exciting, choreographed pyrotechnical fireworks display for the agency Independence Day celebration. Provide staff at all times during preparation, the fireworks display, and immediately after the fireworks display. Includes a fireworks display and live music prior to the fireworks display. The live music runs from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with the fireworks display to follow at approximately 9:10 p.m. Estimated attendance overall: 15,000. Create an innovative, continuous-fire, aerial-level display visible to an audience viewing from the river and park and vantage points not immediately adjacent to the discharge site. Display shall include a spectrum of styles, patterns, and sound effects. Shells shall not exceed 8" in diameter. Provide upbeat and Americana-themed music choreographed with the fireworks. Responsible for supervising and directing the setup and discharge of the fireworks display. Provide the sand for the fireworks discharge area. All the questions must be submitted no later than February 9, 2026.
