(1) Vendor needs to provide independence day event lighting, stage and sound setup service. – Providing Lighting, Stage & Sound Setup with Generator Set Power for the Independence day’s event. – All lighting set up must be in accordance with the event theme, as per instructions and guidelines provided. (2) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on January 26, 2026. (3) All questions must be submitted no later than January 24, 2026.
