The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville District, is conducting market research to identify interested and qualified contractors for a prospective five-year Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). The primary focus of this MATOC is to support design-build and general construction services for military and inter-agency projects across central and south Florida.

Projects awarded under this MATOC will include a variety of construction-related activities, such as new construction, demolition, renovation, and repairs. Contracts will take the form of Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Task Orders within the established MATOC pool. The intention is to ensure robust competition among responsible vendors, including consideration for small business participation.
