(1) Vendor needs to provide inclusive practices video series. Agency seeks the services of one qualified contractor to produce a high-quality series of short exemplar videos to be used in professional learning and in the dissemination of promising practices for inclusion of preschool-aged children. Filming locations and approach: Video shoots will take place in up to five preschool and early learning settings representing diverse geographic regions. Agency Early Learning personnel will accompany Bidder and work closely with Bidder to guide the work at each location. Pre-production tasks include location selection, storyboarding, interview selection, and content focus. Video format and length: 5–6-minute highlight videos featuring exemplary programs and integrated expert interviews. More than one video may be produced from a single site when sufficient content and diverse individuals are available to meet content and representation goals. Videos will showcase inclusive practices in authentic early learning and care settings, include interviews with identified staff, parents, and administrators, and integrate B-roll footage demonstrating inclusive strategies in action. All videos must include closed captioning in both English and Spanish. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 12, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
