(1) Vendor needs to provide in–terminal advertising firms services.– Provide in–terminal advertising concession (concession) services within certain pre– and post–terminal screening areas.– Identify creative and innovative advertising display options with broad customer appeal.– Promote a positive customer experience reflective of the Inland Empire region.– Enhance opportunities for participation by local, small, and disadvantaged businesses.– Analysis conducted to determine target markets and advertisers.– Advertising rates for each type of display (and location, if applicable).– Advertising opportunities, including digital advertising and Airport–wide campaigns.– Advertising time allotments on digital displays at their respective locations.– Advertising opportunities during local or regional events.– Design, Materials, and Capital Investment– Marketing and Promotions(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on February 24, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than March 3, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for three years.
