(1) Vendor needs to provide in–cab technology services to the government authority located in Raleigh, NC.– CabLink ecosystem will connect in–cab tablets, onboard vehicle sensors (actuators, GPS, cameras), and supervisor dashboards through a centralized data management platform.– System will collect real–time data from trucks, drivers, and routes in order to support analytics, reporting, and operational decision–making.– Provide in–cab truck technology with varying features and enhancements for our waste collection operations.– Automate documentation of service completion, missed stops, and exceptions through photo and sensor–based verification.– Provide drivers with route–based navigation and progress tools to improve accuracy and service completion efficiency.– Deployed navigation and route progress system on all active routes.– Digitize and automate vehicle safety inspections, driver accountability, and incident reporting.– Provide analysts with modern, GIS–compatible tools for creating, modifying, and optimizing waste collection routes.– GIS compatible route design and optimization software with waste specific parameters.– Integrate intelligent features, AI tools, or sensors to enhance visibility, decision–making, and customer service.– AI detection module pilot on 8–10 trucks within 6 months.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 23, 2026.
