(1) Vendor needs to provide improving real–time passenger information system.– To provide a system solution that enhances the data completeness and quality of agency existing real–time passenger information to improve customer experience for passengers using agency fixed route bus, rail, and ferry services.– Allow for the creation and management of service adjustments in a system independent of HRT’s Computer–Aided Dispatch and Automatic Vehicle Location (CAD/AVL) system. Service adjustments shall include detour information using the Trip Modifications entity of the General Transit Feed Specification – Real Time.– Generate accurate, resilient, and disruption aware real–time arrival predictions.– Include a live dashboard to monitor operations and service in real time.(2) A pre–bid conference will be held on January 26, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than January 29, 2026.(4) The contract period will be one year.
