(1) Vendor needs to provide improve student attendance and engagement solution. A. Advanced Data Analytics and Reporting: • Granular Visibility: Provide real-time, actionable data at the student, school, and district levels. • Trend Identifications: Offer diagnostic tools to isolate attendance trends by grade level, with specific emphasis on critical transition years (TK, Kindergarten, 6th grade, and 9th grade). • Strategic Dashboards: Deliver intuitive interfaces that disaggregate data by student subgroups to inform high-level decision-making and resource allocation. B. Evidence-Based Interventions: • Communications: Execute a tiered communication strategy (mail, SMS, and digital) that meets criteria. • Shift from Punitive to Restorative: Align truancy notification with state law while utilizing positive messaging to reduce administrative friction and foster family partnership(s). • Predictive Modeling: Utilize proprietary algorithms to identify students most likely to respond to specific intervention modalities, ensuring a high Return on Instruction (ROI). • Strategic Campaigning: Design targeted outreach for historically low-attendance periods (e.g., pre-holiday breaks) or specific absence types (e.g., chronic illness vs. school avoidance).
