(1) Vendor needs to provide ImageTrust and AppXtender solution. – ImageTrust and AppXtender and AppEnhancer (AX) systems to the latest supported versions to improve document capture, indexing, and records management. – The upgrade will also transition the system from an on-prem solution to Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure. – Configuration of AX components (Web Access, REST services, rendering server, etc.). – Migration of image files and database. – Integration with oracle. – Provide progress reports detailing completed tasks, issues, and next steps. – Provide remote professional services for installation, configuration, and testing. – Provide access to servers, databases, and network shares. – Perform AX database upgrade and validation.
