A qualified vendor is sought to provide a comprehensive upgrade and migration of ImageTrust and AppXtender (AppEnhancer) systems to the latest supported versions. The primary goals of this project are to enhance document capture, indexing, and records management capabilities, while transitioning the current on-premises solution to a Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure.

The scope of work includes the configuration of AppXtender components such as Web Access, REST services, and the rendering server; the migration of all image files and databases; and the integration of the solution with Oracle systems. The vendor will be responsible for performing the AX database upgrade and validation, providing remote professional services for installation, configuration, and testing, and supplying access to required servers, databases, and network shares.
