The selected contractor will collaborate with a designated source agency to scan and digitize records, ensuring the seamless transition and continuity of existing records systems.

Resellers are required to provide a solution that features a storage-based fee structure determined by the gigabytes of storage used. The ECM system must adhere to relevant regulatory compliance standards, including NIST, ISO 27001, FISMA, and guidelines set by the New York State Archives. Strong data security features, such as robust encryption, identity management, and a comprehensive disaster recovery plan, are mandatory.
