This RFP seeks a vendor to provide a modern, enterprise-class Identity & Access Management (IAM) platform and associated implementation services to replace an existing legacy IAM suite and various custom scripts and batch processes. The new solution must centralize key identity lifecycle functions, including onboarding, updates, offboarding, and returns, as well as role and group management, access requests and approvals, access certification, and robust self-service capabilities.

Integration with essential enterprise systems is required, including Ellucian Banner (ERP), directory services, cloud productivity and collaboration platforms, multi-factor authentication services such as Duo, and other core applications. The platform should offer end-user self-service features for account claiming, password resets, device management, profile updates, and email routing/affiliation management. The vendor will need to support discovery and design phases to map current home-grown processes and environment into the new IAM platform.
