(1) Vendor needs to provide ID card and meal plan management solution. 1. Deliver a unified, modern, and cloud–based solution for ID card and meal plan management. 2. Support campus–wide use of ID cards for dining, vending, and privilege access. 3. Enable 24/7 online deposit functionality for campus card funds. 4. Protect institution data of USNH and personal data of ID card holders. Ensure system is non–proprietary, supporting a wide range of devices and services within the university infrastructure.
