(1) Vendor needs to provide hyperconverged infrastructure solution. – Must migrate all existing VMs from VMware vSphere to the new platform, perform a checklist of deliverables, and ensure all VMs run error–free for 24 hours post–migration before final sign–off. – Migration must include all related VM settings, snapshots (if applicable), NIC mappings, VLANs, and storage. – Solution should integrate with the existing Barracuda backup solution. (2) All question must be submitted no later than December 10, 2025. (3) A contract term will be for three years.
